I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy and I am accredited by the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and pre-accredited by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).
My approach is mainly Person-Centred and somatically informed, meaning I offer a respectful, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where your pace, inner resources, and direction guide the work. I integrate elements of somatic approaches, trauma-informed practice, and psychosynthesis, allowing us to work holistically with the mind, emotions, body, and spirituality.
In the therapeutic space, I strive to cultivate a strong, trusting, and collaborative relationship, where your wellbeing, autonomy, and safety are central.
Your engagement and commitment to the process are essential, and therapy unfolds as a shared journey shaped by both of us.

🌿 Sessions are offered as individual 50-minute online appointments, on a weekly basis, for a duration we agree together.
🌿 I work exclusively with one person in a session, not with groups, nor couples.
🌿 For the sessions, you will need access to a private, calm, and confidential space where you can stay focused and uninterrupted.
🌿 For each session, it is important to have access to a video camera, a microphone, and a stable internet connection.
🌿 Fees are of 80€ and will be discussed openly and agreed together during our first session.
